Once you book your virtual consultation, you will receive a confirmation email along with details of how to log on for your virtual consultation.
On the day of your consultation, just follow the instructions in the confirmation email and your Treatment Coordinator will be waiting to speak to you.
your Treatment Coordinator will ask about what you would like to improve about your smile, so she can understand your needs and if you had specific timeframes in mind.
She will then share treatment information, discuss the alternative options that may suit your needs, as well as explain prices and finance options if required.
At the end of the virtual consultation, if you would like to proceed with the next step, your Treatment Coordinator will make an appointment for you to have an assessment with one of our dental experts at your local practice.
Dr Raufa is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am until 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm-5:00 pm.
Consultations usually take 20-30 minutes.
