What is a Treatment Coordinator?
The role of a Treatment Coordinator is to support you throughout your treatment journey.
From your very first enquiry, your Treatment Coordinator will offer information on the array of private treatment options available, organise your initial assessment with the dentist, discuss your bespoke treatment plan, explain price and finance information, book your follow-up appointments and answer any other questions you may have.
Your Treatment Coordinator will be with you every step of the way as your personal point of contact at the practice.
Meet Sofia
Sofia has been a valued member of the Accrington Road Dental Practice for over 7 years. Sofia is a qualified and very experienced Dental Nurse and in addition to her role as Treatment Coordinator, Sofia is the Practice Lead, responsible for the smooth and successful running of the practice on a day-to-day basis.
Sofia is excited to be taking on the new role of Treatment Coordinator at Accrington Road and is looking forward to helping you achieve your best possible smile - she prides herself on offering high levels of patient care and ensuring that all patients have a fantastic experience at Accrington Road with exceptional results.
What happens at the Consultation?
Sofia will welcome you to her consultation room in the practice so you have the privacy to talk freely about what you would like to improve about your smile, so she can understand your needs and if you have a specific treatment or timeframe in mind.
Sofia will share treatment information, including before and after photos, and carefully explain the different options available that may suit your requirements, as well as explaining prices and information on finance if required.
At the end of the consultation, if you would like to proceed with the next step, Sofia will make an appointment for you to have an assessment with one of our dental experts.
What happens after the Consultation?
Whenever possible, Sofia will be at the practice to welcome you each time you visit, available for any questions that you might have – no matter how small - and support you throughout your treatment journey, to make sure that your time with us is a rewarding and exciting experience.
