We’re currently registering a limited number of NHS patients.
If you’d like to register for NHS Treatments, please use the contact form and we’ll be in touch whilst spaces are still available.
However, if getting dental treatment is a higher priority than waiting for an NHS appointment to become available, please consider our private dental plans.
Due to the limited availability of NHS registration, but an ever-present need for accessible dental care, we also offer low cost private dental care plans from as little as £10 per month.
Private dental care provides access to higher quality materials, more appointment availability, and a range of treatments which aren’t available through the NHS.
To register for the NHS please use the button below to view our NHS patient registration form.NHS Registration Form
Due to reaching full capacity, we’re currently unable to accept any further NHS Patients for the foreseeable future.
However, we do offer affordable private dental plans which allow you to access a wider variety of treatments using higher quality materials to meet your needs.
We also have a variety of private appointments available to be accessed, with both morning and afternoon slots accessible.
We aim to make high-quality dental treatment more affordable. It only takes 2 minutes to apply for finance and you’ll get an answer straight away.
Our Finance options include 0% interest, a soft credit check which doesn’t impact your credit score, and instant results for you on the day.
If you’re approved, you can choose when you want your payments to be collected each month and you can start the loan right away.
In the event you are unsuccessful in your application, you have the option to refer the application to a friend or family member so they can apply on your behalf.

Your little one can change so quickly and so drastically during their earlier years, and these changes include their dental development too.
This is why it’s essential to make sure children are seeing a dentist regularly for check-ups so they can keep a close eye on your infant’s dental development.
Bringing them along to your own appointments, even before their first teeth arrive can help them get used to the dentist. Once their first teeth arrive, be sure to book your child in for their own check-up.
Young children should see the dentist every six months just like adults. Your dentist might recommend more regular visits if they feel there is a medical need.
Children can be seen for free under the NHS primary care services, and any child under the age of 18 is eligible for NHS dental treatment (or up until the age of 19 if they’re still in full-time education).
Clear aligners are the perfect solution to crooked teeth, gently moving your teeth into their ideal position to help with your smile, confidence and bite. Using transparent plastic trays that are removable when you want to eat or brush your teeth, clear aligners are specifically designed to fit your mouth perfectly and discreetly.
Composite bonding achieves impactful results quickly, repairing chips, cracks, or discolouration in a single appointment with no pain or recovery time. The shape of this composite material can be sculpted to correct the gaps between teeth. Composite bonding is the perfect finishing touch to whitening or aligners treatments.
If you have cracks, sensitivity or discolouration, your Smart Dental Care specialist can replace the visible portion of the tooth with a protective coating made of ceramic or porcelain. This coating is known as a crown; it looks and feels like a normal tooth, blends in seamlessly and delivers a healthy-looking smile. It can also reduce the appearance of small gaps if your misalignment is minimal.
A life-changing, long-term solution to tooth loss, dental implants are the gold standard of restorative dentistry. A titanium replacement root is fixed into the jaw and fitted with a tooth replacement that looks and performs just like a natural one. This preserves your facial structure after tooth loss, improving your bite as well as your confidence.
Also known as a hygienist appointment, one of our specialists at Smart Dental Care will professionally clean your teeth to remove the build-up of plaque and bacteria on the teeth and around the gum line for that dentist-clean feeling. Your clinician can also identify any underlying issues, prescribe other treatments if necessary and provide you with ongoing peace of mind.
If you’re exploring whitening options because you have a problem with the shade of your teeth or want a brighter smile than you already have, Boutique Whitening is a professional, dentist-approved whitening system which will help you achieve a visibly brighter shade in less than a week. Boutique gels are safe to use and kind to your enamel thanks to a stabilised pH, with a variety of different strength solutions to cater to sensitive teeth. These gels also come in day or overnight wear options, so you can whiten at a time that suits you.
If you have cracks, discolouration or just want a more photo-ready smile, a veneer is a protective, hard-wearing layer made of ceramic or porcelain which covers the front of your tooth to blend in seamlessly. This layer offers maximum longevity and stain resistance and can be created to lessen the appearance of smaller gaps if you have some minor misalignment.
